
Giorgio Schiappa-Pietra Fuentes is a lawyer from the University of Lima and has a master’s degree from the same university, as well as Postgraduate Degrees in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration from The Washington College of Law of American University and in Negotiation Skills and Conflict Resolution by Centrum Business School. Likewise, he has specializations in International and Investment Arbitration, Arbitration in Contracts with the State and in Administrative Law. He has served as arbitration secretary of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and as an arbitrator in commercial litigation and public procurement, linked to energy and infrastructure in the most prestigious arbitration centers in Peru. He is also a founding member of Arbitration360° and ambassador for Peru of Arbitrator Intelligence, as well as the author of various articles and papers on arbitration matters.
